Job summary

Bounteous is seeking an experienced RPA Architect to lead automation initiatives using Automation Anywhere. You will design scalable bot architectures, collaborate with clients and teams to capture requirements, and oversee end-to-end lifecycle from planning to deployment.

Strong communication and ERP experience are highly valued. The role expects 6-10+ years of related work, AA certifications, and a willingness to work in a hybrid model (2 days on-site per week).

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience with at least 2+ years in Automation Anywhere.
• Hands-on knowledge in OCR/Web Automation/Windows Automation/Email Automation/XML/REST API/Mainframe.
• Automation Anywhere 10x or 11x certifications.
• Knowledge of MetaBOT; create reference modular reusable code libraries.
• Design multi-bot processes with modularized code for scalability and reliability.
• Plan the complete implementation cycle.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments.
• RPA Architect role using Automation Anywhere collaborating with customers to meet business requirements.
• Full systems life cycle for RPA: planning, coding, testing, and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• Knowledge in .NET or Java, JavaScript or VB Script is a plus.
• Excel Macro knowledge is a plus.
• Agile implementation is preferred.
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge in ERP systems like ServiceNow, Peoplesoft, or Workflow systems is beneficial.
• Champion the innovative power of RPA to improve productivity and collaboration.

Must Have

• 6-10+ years of experience, must have 2+ years of hands on working knowledge in Automation Anywhere (AA) tool

Information Security Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
• Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
• Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
