Qualifications

• 7+ years in web-based system development including Java (or Python) in intranet systems
• Fluent English in speaking and writing
• RPA experience is a plus
• Experience with HTML/DHTML, jQuery/JSON, JavaScript, AJAX
• Experience with Oracle database server, SQL, PL/SQL procedures
• Experience in data analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable applications and modules with clean, well-documented code
• Manage the full software development lifecycle with Agile methodologies
• Lead, mentor, and conduct code reviews to enforce best practices
• Monitor and support ongoing operation of RPA programs delivered to customers
• Resolve issues and enhance current solutions as needed
• Collaborate with customers and engineers to define requirements and deliver solutions
• Implement automated testing, debug issues, and ensure security and performance
• Prepare development progress reports and communicate status to the team
