Job summary

Cinter-Networks is seeking a Back-End (+RPA) Developer for an onsite, 1-year contract in Plano, TX. The role requires leading a technical team, delivering both RPA and traditional development, and collaborating with clients to gather requirements.

The position offers a competitive salary of $85K–$90K per year DOE, with 401K match and insurance benefits. Fluency in English is required; Korean proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in web-based system development.
• Strong experience with Java or other programming languages (Python, etc.).
• Experience developing or maintaining intranet systems.
• Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• RPA experience or understanding is a plus.
• Experience with HTML/DHTML, jQuery/JSON, JavaScript, AJAX.
• Experience with Oracle DB, SQL, PL/SQL procedures.
• Preferred: Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI.
• Preferred: BS/BA in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to analyze requirements for automation and development tasks.
• Lead and guide developers as a senior developer/technical lead.
• Develop and support RPA operations and traditional development.
• Manage the full development lifecycle: requirements, analysis, coding, testing, documentation.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and modules with clean code.
• Plan, prioritize, test, and manage releases using Agile methodologies.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Monitor and support ongoing RPA operations delivered to customers.
• Collaborate with customers and engineers to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Implement automated testing, debug issues, and troubleshoot complex problems.
• Participate in meetings to gather business requirements and propose solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend best practices.
• Write unit, integration, and production test scenarios.
• Optimize application performance through troubleshooting and debugging.
• Identify and plan new features with the development team.
• Ensure compliance with Companyquality assurance standards.
• Research and recommend new technologies, applications, and protocols.
• Create detailed technical plans for project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and remove obstacles for the team.
• Report development progress clearly and transparently.

Key Responsibilities:
