Job summary

We are seeking a Back-End (+RPA) Developer for onsite work in Plano, TX. This is a 1-year contract / W-2 position offering up to $45/hour DOE.

You will lead developers, drive RPA and traditional app development, and own the full lifecycle from requirements to testing. Fluent English is required; Korean bilingual is a plus. 7+ years in web-based development with Java or Python, SQL/Oracle, HTML/JS, and RPA familiarity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in web-based system development.
• Strong experience with Java or other programming languages (Python, etc.).
• Experience developing or maintaining intranet systems.
• Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• RPA experience or understanding is a plus.
• Experience with HTML/DHTML, jQuery/JSON, JavaScript, AJAX.
• Experience with Oracle DB, SQL, PL/SQL procedures.
• Preferred: Experience with data analytics tools (Alteryx) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Preferred: BS/BA in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to assess and analyze requirements for automation solutions (RPA) and development tasks.
• Lead and guide developers as a senior developer/technical lead.
• Develop and support RPA operations, along with traditional application/module development.
• Manage the full development lifecycle: requirements gathering, analysis, coding, testing, documentation.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and modules with clean, efficient code.
• Plan, prioritize, test, and manage releases using Agile methodologies.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Monitor and support ongoing RPA operations delivered to customers; troubleshoot and enhance solutions.
• Collaborate with customers and engineers to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Implement automated testing, debug issues, troubleshoot complex problems.
• Participate in internal/external meetings to gather business requirements and propose solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend best practices.
• Write unit, integration, and production test scenarios.
• Optimize application performance through troubleshooting and debugging.
• Identify and plan new features with the development team.
• Ensure compliance with Companyquality assurance standards.
• Research and recommend new technologies, applications, and protocols.
• Create detailed technical plans for project execution.
• Provide technical guidance, answer questions, and remove obstacles for the team.
• Report development progress clearly and transparently.
