Job summary

You will negotiate, coordinate, and oversee ROW projects, liaising with landowners, title companies, and engineers to ensure on-time, on-budget progress.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a field agent’s point of contact on extensive projects
• Assist in preparation of legal documents such as easements
• Establish and update project schedules and status
• Research public records to determine property ownership
• Protect Oncor’s investment and rights in real property
• Coordinate with internal partners, landowners, and government officials
