WSP USA is seeking an Administrative/Right-of-Way (ROW) Records Specialist to support ROW and real estate acquisition projects for utility clients. The role focuses on data integrity, document control, and coordination with project teams.

Candidates with ERCOT/SPP/SWEPCO experience and knowledge of land records are preferred. This position allows office siting in multiple locations (Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana) and emphasizes strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
  • Experience with mail merge and document formatting.
  • Familiarity with GIS mapping tools (Google Earth/Esri).
  • Experience on ROW or land acquisition projects in utility environments.
  • Knowledge of land records and title-related documents.
  • Financial recordkeeping including bank reconciliations and escrow.

Responsibilities

  • Records and document management for ROW projects.
  • Set up and maintain right-of-way project files.
  • Prepare easements, transmittals, and letters using mail merge.
  • Review legal documents for completeness and notarization.
  • Input project data and generate status reports.
  • Coordinate with landowners and field teams.
  • Prepare memos, charts, and budgets using Office tools.
  • Ensure compliance with client guidelines and project procedures.
