Qualifications

  • Experience in records management, ROW documentation, land services, or real estate administration required.
  • Familiarity with audits, payment processing, or closeout documentation.
  • Working knowledge of ROW records, legal descriptions, and recording requirements.
  • Proficient in computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ROW records throughout the document lifecycle from creation through closeout and retention.
  • Maintain ROW records management systems, tracking logs, and databases.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant ROW records in alignment with legal, regulatory, and project requirements.
  • Support audits by producing complete and well-organized ROW records.
  • Coordinate with acquisition and finance teams to support payment documentation.
  • Identify discrepancies or gaps in records and coordinate corrections.
  • Support project closeout by verifying all ROW records are finalized, recorded, and archived.
  • Maintain compliance with safety policies, protocols, and training requirements.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
