Percheron, LLC in Apex, NC is seeking a professional Right of Way land agent within driving distance to our client office. The role involves researching, negotiating, and selecting to purchase land rights and ROW for construction projects, with daily commuting to the client office.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in the ROW industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform title research and manage permits, easements, and related land agreements in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Minimum one year in the Right of Way industry.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to conduct land title research.
Familiarity with easements, permits, and land contracts.

Responsabilités

Research, negotiate, and elect to purchase land rights and ROW for construction.
Identify ownership interests and coordinate permits and easements.
Oversee land-related legal issues including titles and deeds.
Prepare daily activity reports and complex negotiation summaries.
Conduct due diligence on land rights and issue remediation actions.
Serve as liaison with landowners on ownership, easements, and access.
Review plans and ROW records to identify conflicts.
Maintain progress with supervisor to ensure client procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
