Qualifications

Minimum one year in the Right of Way industry.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to conduct land title research.
Familiarity with easements, permits, and land contracts.

Responsibilities

Research, negotiate, and elect to purchase land rights and ROW for construction.
Identify ownership interests and coordinate permits and easements.
Oversee land-related legal issues including titles and deeds.
Prepare daily activity reports and complex negotiation summaries.
Conduct due diligence on land rights and issue remediation actions.
Serve as liaison with landowners on ownership, easements, and access.
Review plans and ROW records to identify conflicts.
Maintain progress with supervisor to ensure client procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
