Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Right-of-Way (ROW) Coordinator to support planning, execution, and reporting for ROW and real estate acquisition projects. You will develop schedules, monitor budgets, and produce detailed performance reports for electric transmission and substation projects.

This role involves coordinating with Program Managers, ROW Supervisors, and client personnel, tracking milestones, and ensuring reports align with standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in right-of-way coordination or project controls for infrastructure/utilities.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and performance metric knowledge (earned value).
• Proficiency with project management and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities; multi-task effectively.
• Familiarity with electric utility infrastructure projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager and ROW Supervisors in developing project schedules and budgets.
• Track milestones across survey, acquisition, and construction-related activities.
• Prepare earned value reports and dashboards for KPIs and risk assessments.
• Maintain trust/escrow accounts and perform monthly reconciliations.
• Serve as liaison among ROW teams, managers, and client personnel.
