Job summary

HDR is seeking a Real Estate Services Technician to support right-of-way projects with entry-level technical services, property research, and title ordering. You will assist with document prep, data entry, and client reports while showing strong attention to detail and editorial/communication skills.

Preferred candidates have GIS/database familiarity and a background in real estate, title, or mortgage lending. This is a full-time on-site role focused on supporting the RES team.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong editorial and verbal skills.
• Ability to input and track data in spreadsheets/databases and prepare client reports.
• Industry background in title, paralegal, real estate, or mortgage lending is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform entry-level technical services for right-of-way projects as directed.
• Provide administrative duties, property research, and ordering title.
• Support the RES Team with document preparation and administrative support.
• Input and track data in spreadsheets or a database and prepare client reports.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and organization, strong editorial and verbal skills.
