Job summary

HDR is seeking a skilled Right-of-Way Project Manager in Memphis to plan and manage all aspects of diverse projects. You will independently coordinate professional staff, balance workloads, and ensure compliance with the Uniform Act while developing policies, budgets, and progress reports.

You will build strong client relationships, participate in marketing efforts, and collaborate with leadership to drive project success in HDR's employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (required).
• 7 years related experience (required).
• At least 2 years of project management experience (required).
• Ability to interact with various design teams and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline projects or large, routine projects.
• Coordinate work of professional staff and balance team workload during project development.
• Manage right-of-way projects including acquisition and relocation per the Uniform Act.
• Develop project policies, quality and safety plans, and maintain progress reports and budgets.
• Oversee project staff and provide training as needed.
• Build client relationships and participate in marketing efforts; attend meetings.
• Ensure timely completion of documents and coordinate workload across project development.
