Job summary

HDR is seeking a Right of Way Project Manager to lead technical capabilities and client-facing delivery for power, transportation, water, and oil-and-gas projects. You will coordinate with area leadership, marketing, and staff to meet client expectations and drive growth in the Mid-Atlantic region.

The role requires strong project management experience, a PMP credential, and the ability to manage staff workloads while maintaining high-quality, compliant project outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of project management experience, with preference for right-of-way or infrastructure projects.
• PMP Certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide area leadership of technical capabilities within the right-of-way practice.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with project managers and business development teams.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to meet goals.
• Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and staffing for right-of-way projects.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures and best practices are followed across projects.
• Lead proposal development and marketing efforts for new work.
