Job summary

Gray Hawk Land Solutions in El Paso, Texas, is seeking a Document Specialist to own the integrity, organization, and accuracy of right-of-way project files through the full project lifecycle.

You will manage easements, deeds, leases, and ownership records, enter data into Irth Land Management and other systems, file and scan documents, and build Excel-based tracking reports to keep field teams and clients informed and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience preparing and processing ROW acquisition and easement documents.
• 0 comprehensive understanding of ROW project phases.
• Ability to review, interpret, and process title documents.
• Experience with courthouse recording requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage, organize, and maintain all right-of-way project files from line list development through construction.
• Review, process, and track land acquisition agreements, easements, and related documents.
• Maintain line lists and enter data into client systems.
• Scan, file, and organize documents in electronic and physical records systems.
• Track deadlines, status, and milestones across concurrent assignments.
• Build and maintain Excel-based tracking spreadsheets and reports.
• Coordinate with field agents and internal teams to keep projects moving.
