Job summary

You will ensure every easement, deed, and ownership record is correctly processed and accessible for field teams, managers, and clients.

The role emphasizes data entry, Excel reporting, and coordination with field agents and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience preparing ROW documents.
• Understanding of all ROW project phases from line list to construction.
• Ability to review land agreements and title documents.
• Advanced Excel and Word; strong data-entry skills.
• Paralegal experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all right-of-way project files from line list through construction.
• Review, process, and track land acquisition agreements and easements.
• Maintain line lists and enter data into client systems (e.g., Irth Land Management).
• Scan, file, and organize documents in electronic and physical records.
• Track deadlines and project milestones across concurrent assignments.
• Build and maintain Excel-based tracking spreadsheets and reports.
• Coordinate with field agents and clients to keep projects moving.
• Maintain accurate records and project-status documentation.
• Represent Gray Hawk professionally in client and partner interactions.
