Job summary

Affinity Property Management, LLC. is seeking a Roving Assistant Property Manager to cover Eugene and Springfield communities. This full-time in-person role requires flexibility to work at different properties with varied shifts between 9:00am and 6:00pm.

You’ll report to the Property Manager, earn $25.00 per hour, enjoy a $200 monthly transportation allowance, rent discounts, and comprehensive benefits including medical and dental insurance, a 401k program, paid time off, and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in multi-family property management.
  • Yardi Voyager and CRM experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Demonstrates teamwork, good hygiene, ethical behavior and integrity, excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to multi-task, resolve conflicts, engage in cost/benefit analytical decision-making, and ambition for continuous professional development.
  • Approximately 80% in office environment using a computer and phone.
  • Approximately 20% inspecting property grounds, including apartments, building structure, landscaping, and signage which may require the ability to climb stairs,ladders and maneuver walkways.
  • Ability to carry or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Comply with all Fair Housing and Equal Housing Opportunities requirements.
  • Comply with appropriate state landlord/tenant statutes.
  • Attend training and development seminars.
  • Advertise and promote the property.
  • Utilize industry specific software for lead management.
  • Provide tours to prospective and current residents.
  • Complete full cycle lease process with prospective residents.
  • Ensure compliance with renter’s insurance.
  • Maintain resident occupancy of 95%.
  • Ensure the timely collection of rent and other ancillary revenue.
  • Assist Property Manager with delinquency process.
  • Assist Property Manager with processing vendor invoices.
  • Other duties as assigned by Property Manager.

Roving Assistant Property Manager in Eugene and Springfield

Full-time Regular Eugene, OR, US

Salary Range: $25.00 To $25.00 Hourly

Job Title: Roving Assistant Property Manager

Location: This position supports any Affinity managed apartment communities in Eugene and Springfield, Oregon. It will be in-person at the community you are assigned to for the day. A location schedule will be provided. We strive to provide as much notice as possible (month-at-a-glance calendar) however there may be instances where shorter notice is given due to unforeseen coverage needs.

Employment Type: Full-Time

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Schedule: The days and shift times can range each week depending on the property needing coverage. There is potential for Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. The shift times can range from 9:00am - 6:00pm, 9:00am - 5:30pm, 8:00am - 5:00pm, and 8:30am - 5:30pm.

Reports to: Property Manager

Compensation Package:

  • Competitive hourly pay range of $25.00 - $25.00
  • Monthly transportation allowance of $200.00
  • Leasing and renewal commission opportunities (opportunity is dependent on the property you are covering)
  • 20% employee rent discount; subject to availability

Resident Experience:

  • Navigate priority changes to respond to and resolve unforeseen issues or emergencies
  • Reduce tenant turnover by identifying tenant relation issues, mediating between parties, and recommending solutions
  • Complete quality assurance calls following up on completed work orders

What You’ll Need:
