CloudTen Residential is seeking a Roving Community Assistant Manager for a Newberg and Forest Grove Region. The role supports the Community Manager across multiple properties with leasing, administration, and financial duties.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience in property management.
• Property management software experience a plus.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with administrative and financial duties across multiple properties.
• Market apartments, conduct tours, and secure deposits from prospective residents.
• Process rent payments, deposits, and delinquency follow-ups in line with accounting directives.
• Lead or assist in leasing efforts, renewals, and promotional activities.
• Support leadership and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and standards.
