Job summary

Sunrise Management is seeking a Roving Maintenance Technician to support multiple Urban Properties. You will perform hands-on maintenance across communities, ensuring safety, quality, and curb appeal while traveling between sites.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. Competitive hourly pay plus benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Ability to travel between properties and work weekends/holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks across multiple properties.
• Repair appliances, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and pool systems.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and grounds cleanliness.
• Ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3–5 days of vacancy.
• Respond to tenant service requests within 24 hours.
• Conduct property inspections and safety checks.
• Rotate between sites and maintain equipment inventory.
