Beach Front Property Management, Inc. in Southern California seeks a dependable Multi-Site/Roving Maintenance Technician to support a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across multiple counties.

You will log and manage work orders, respond to requests across properties (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances), complete unit turns, and perform repairs in occupied and vacant units with professionalism. Travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in property management.
• Proficient in plumbing and electrical troubleshooting.
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation.
• Own basic maintenance tools.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Pay: $25–$28.50/hour (DOE) + $500 Monthly Auto Allowance

• This position is hired through a staffing agency for the first 90 days. After this period, candidates will be considered for direct employment with Beach Front Property Management, Inc. based on performance and business needs.

About The Role

We’re seeking a dependable and proactive Multi‑Site/Roving Maintenance Technician to support a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across multiple counties in Southern California.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives on variety, and takes pride in troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues across diverse property types.

What You’ll Do

• Log and manage work orders daily
• Respond to maintenance requests across multiple properties (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, etc.)
• Complete unit turns and make‑readies efficiently
• Perform repairs in occupied and vacant units with professionalism and urgency
