Job summary

The Morrow Companies is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Coordinator for the Montgomery, Alabama area. The role focuses on hands-on maintenance, preventive maintenance planning, and CAPEX project execution across multiple properties.

You will work with the Regional Manager, Director of Facilities, and Property Management to ensure on-time completion of maintenance tasks, inspections, and cost-effective solutions. Strong tech skills are essential.

Qualifications

• The MC is responsible for operating maintenance performance across multiple properties.
• Must be able to identify problems and develop on-site solutions independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to train and coach maintenance personnel.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on, higher-skill repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Plan, scope, bid, contract, manage and close CAPEX projects.
• Lead maintenance readiness and inspection-preparation efforts.
• Track regulatory and life-safety inspections on site forms.
• Coordinate with Regional Managers and Directors on maintenance priorities.
