Job summary

CONAM Management is seeking a Roving Leasing Professional for the Seattle Region, based in Beaverton, OR. You will drive leasing goals across multiple properties, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer service experience, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with Yardi or MRI. Weekend availability and a valid driver's license are essential. Full benefits provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience, ideally in sales or leasing property management.
• Ability to drive locally for property management.
• Comfort with leasing, tours, and processing applications; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leasing and marketing: promote the community, conduct tours, manage listings and outreach campaigns.
• Lease signing and move-in coordination: screen applicants and prepare leases.
• Resident satisfaction and retention: build relationships to encourage renewals and address concerns.
• Sales and lead generation: convert leads to leases and drive occupancy through events and follow-ups.
• Administrative support: maintain records, assist in reporting, and support the Community Manager with renewals and compliance.
