Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a roving Leasing Professional to cover multiple properties in the Kent, WA area. You will demonstrate apartments, greet prospects, process applications, and secure deposits while delivering outstanding resident service.

This full-time, temporary role may offer leasing bonuses and benefits; a valid driver’s license and flexibility to rotate between sites are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years leasing experience in property management.
• Lease-up experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with OneSite preferred.
• 2 years of sales experience.
• Experience with Entrata Software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Market apartments by promoting rentals by phone and in person.
• Demonstrate apartments and community to prospective renters.
• Process rental applications and security deposits.
• Lease administration under supervision of Property Manager.
• Maintain accurate data in property management systems.
• Assist with move-in/move-out administrative tasks.
