Job summary

Affinity Property Management - OR is seeking a Roving Leasing Consultant to join our in-person team servicing Affinity managed communities in Tigard, Oregon. This full-time role features a Monday–Friday schedule with potential weekend coverage, and reports to the Property Manager.

You will conduct property tours, promote the property, manage leads with industry software, and complete the full lease cycle while upholding Fair Housing standards.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service and sales experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Demonstrates teamwork, good hygiene, ethical behavior and integrity, excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to multi-task, resolve conflicts, and ambition for continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Advertise and promote the property.
• Utilize industry specific software for lead management.
• Provide tours to prospective and current residents.
• Complete full cycle lease process with prospective residents.
• Ensure compliance with renter’s insurance.
• Maintain resident occupancy of 95%.
• Ensure the timely collection of rent and other ancillary revenue.
• Other duties as assigned by Property Manager.
• Engage with prospective and current tenants with professionalism.
• Escalate tenant relation issues to Property Manager.
• Facilitate resident events.
