Asset Living is a nationwide property management partner seeking a Leasing Consultant in Seattle, WA. You will handle on-site leasing, marketing, and maintain positive resident relations while meeting leasing goals.

You will greet prospects, tour communities, process applications, sign leases, and support retention initiatives. This role emphasizes strong customer service, attention to detail, and knowledge of housing rules. On-site work required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Show, tour, and sign leases; greet and qualify prospects.
• Complete leasing paperwork and follow up with leads.
• Maintain accurate leasing data and respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Assist in marketing and resident retention programs.
• Ensure policy enforcement and excellent customer service.
