This full-time role requires weekend availability, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage leasing data, move-in coordination, and resident relations while upholding Fair Housing standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must read and write English fluently and perform intermediate math.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Show apartments and lease units.
• Update unit availability daily and maintain accurate leasing information.
• Process rental applications per procedures.
• Assist with move-ins and move-outs.
• Manage move-in calendars and scheduling.
• Support clerical, office, and phone tasks.
• Maintain complete resident files and documentation.
• Address resident concerns and escalate when needed.
• Perform duties as assigned.
