Job summary

SoCal Pacific Management is seeking a Community Experience Specialist to drive a premier resident experience in Riverside, CA. This role blends sales, hospitality, and relationship management to convert prospects into residents and maintain high occupancy.

You will own tours, applications, move-ins, service follow-up, renewals, and daily interactions to ensure each touchpoint feels personal, responsive, and professional.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• 2-3 years in leasing, customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales preferred.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws or ability to obtain certification.
• Proficiency with property management/CRM software (Yardi, RealPage, Knock) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents in person, by phone, and online with warmth and professionalism; conduct personalized property tours.
• Process rental applications, screening, and lease paperwork accurately and in compliance with Fair Housing and policy.
• Follow up promptly with prospects via phone, email, and text; maintain organized CRM records.
• Coordinate move-in logistics and provide a warm welcome experience.
• Serve as a consistent point of contact for residents; respond to questions and requests.
• Conduct outreach to strengthen relationships and identify at-risk residents early.
• Manage the lease renewal process and negotiate terms within guidelines.
• Support resolution of resident concerns by coordinating with maintenance and management.
• Plan or support resident events and engagement initiatives to build community.
