Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the leasing team at the community.
• Provide personalized tours and recommend floorplans and neighborhood options.
• Follow through on every lead to convert prospects to residents.
• Contribute to sales and marketing through campaigns and social media.
• Maintain strong resident relations and a sense of community.
