Responsibilities:

• Travel to various properties across the Phoenix Metro Area to provide leasing support as needed.


• Present apartments to prospective clients in an engaging and persuasive manner.


• Assist property teams in discovering suitable tenants and filling vacancies.


• Market properties through diverse advertising and digital media tools.


• Evaluate client needs and financial qualifications to deliver tailored leasing solutions.


• Stay informed about property features and amenities to provide accurate tours.


• Ensure properties meet company standards through on-site inspections.


• Negotiate lease terms and complete agreements with tenants.


• Maintain awareness of local market trends and competition.


• Work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate client needs.

Skills:

• Excellent Customer-Service and People-Oriented Skills
