Job summary

CONAM Management is seeking a Roving Community Manager to oversee multiple conventional apartment communities in the Las Vegas Region. This full-time role requires coordinating on-site staff, guiding leasing activities, and ensuring resident satisfaction across properties.

You will manage marketing, tours, applications, and lease processing, plus budgeting and monthly financial reporting. Proficiency with Yardi or MRI is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in property management for luxury/conventional communities.
• Experience overseeing daily operations of a multi-family community with strong leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and rent collections for apartment communities.
• Proficiency with property management software, such as Yardi and/or MRI.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with residents, staff, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a conventional multi-family apartment community, ensuring safety and a welcoming environment.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise on-site staff, guiding customer service, leasing, and resident relations.
• Manage leasing process: marketing available units, tours, applications, and leases for new residents.
• Ensure financial performance by creating budgets, preparing monthly reports, and monitoring expenditures.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain property standards and regulatory compliance.
• Administer resident programs and services to foster a strong community.
• Oversee renovations and updates within budget and schedule.
• Prepare and submit annual operating budgets and conduct quarterly reviews.
• Maintain records for resident transactions including move-ins/outs, rent collections, and renewals.
