CloudTen Residential is seeking a Roving Community Assistant Manager to support Community Managers across Northern Nevada. You will help with administration, leasing, and financial duties while rotating among properties and maintaining strong resident service.

Requires 2–5 years in property management, driver’s license, and willingness to travel. Competitive compensation with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in property management required.
• Property management software experience a plus.
• Entrata, Excel and MS Word proficiency preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership capabilities.
• Professional appearance and attentive to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and team support across multiple communities as needed.
• Rotate between assigned properties to assist with day-to-day management.
• Partner with onsite teams to ensure seamless operations and residents’ experience.
• Maintain onsite presence and adapt to different locations based on project needs.
• Travel between properties; valid driver’s license required.
