Job summary

Connect Staffing and Consulting is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Las Vegas, NV, offering 32–40 hour/week flexibility at pay ranges of $22.00–$28.00 per hour. You will support rent collection, budgeting, leasing, and resident relations across Nevada communities.

You’ll assist the Community Manager, help supervise the onsite team, and ensure compliance with policies and fair housing laws. A driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in property management or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of property management regulations and fair housing laws.
• Experience with rent collection, delinquency management, and financial reporting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Private Investigator’s License (work card).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Support rent collection, delinquency management, and basic financial reporting.
• Assist with budget preparation and expense control.
• Support leasing activities to help achieve occupancy goals.
• Manage lease renewals and ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive resident relations.
• Enforce community policies and support conflict resolution.
• Conduct regular property inspections and monitor overall curb appeal.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team and manage work orders.
• Communicate with vendors and support operational needs.
• Assist the Community Manager in supervising and motivating the onsite team.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, procedures, and fair housing laws.
