NorthPoint Development LLC is seeking a Building Maintenance Engineer to service multiple industrial sites in Dallas, TX. You will troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, EPA 608 certification, and hands-on maintenance experience. A proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented approach is essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Ideal candidate will have commercial building maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 certification is required or highly preferred.
• Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
• Demonstration of strong technical competence and commercial awareness.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and repair all aspects of commercial/industrial real estate across multiple buildings.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems.
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, drawings and blueprints.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to service requests.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors as needed.
• Maintain records of maintenance, expenditures and work-in-progress.
• Ensure safety and compliance with laws and EPA/OSHA regulations.
