Job summary

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Townhomes on Earley, a 278-unit community in Casa Grande, AZ. You will support the Community Manager with daily operations, occupancy maintenance, and resident services.

This roving role requires 1–2 years of property management experience, Section 8/42 or market-rate familiarity, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends. You’ll help build relations, train staff, and ensure a welcoming, well-managed community.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years previous property management experience preferred.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals.
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel.
• Establish positive relationships within the community.
• Be on-call as scheduled by management.
