Job summary

Dominium, a nationwide affordable housing developer and manager, seeks a Community Manager for Suncrest Vista at Canyon Trails, a 261-unit community in Goodyear, AZ. You will oversee day-to-day operations, occupancy goals, resident relations, and staff supervision to maintain quality housing and compliance with program rules.

The role requires 3+ years in multifamily management, proficiency with MS Office and Yardi, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Requires a 2-year degree; 4-year degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of multifamily property management experience; tax credit experience preferred.
• Accounting and administrative background preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; Yardi experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak to groups.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations; supervise site staff.
• Meet with staff on occupancy goals, renewals, and budgets.
• Hire, train, and conduct performance reviews in line with policy.
• Respond to resident needs; maintain positive relations.
• Ensure purchasing procedures and budgeting controls.
