Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Community Manager for Suncrest Vista at Canyon Trails, Goodyear, AZ. You will oversee a 261‑unit community, drive occupancy, collections, and resident satisfaction while coordinating staff and vendor relations.

The role emphasizes compliant operations, budgeting, and HR processes, with opportunities for growth and development within a mission‑driven affordable housing company.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree (4-year degree preferred) in a related field or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
• ARM, COS, RAM, or similar designation preferred.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience required; tax credit experience preferred.
• Accounting and administrative background preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; Yardi experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak in front of groups; second language a plus.
• Reliable with exceptional time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy, collections, physical appearance, resident retention and compliance.
• Maintain visibility, professionalism and rapport with residents.
• Oversee day-to-day property operations and supervise staff and contractors.
• Coordinate hiring, performance reviews, and HR-related actions in line with policy.
• Ensure move‑ins/outs, leases, and resident communications are handled promptly.
• Manage budgets, purchasing, and adherence to accounting directives.
