Job summary

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Heron Ridge, a 331-unit community in Kissimmee, FL. You will support the Community Manager in daily property operations and help maintain occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role requires 1–2 years in property management, preference for Section 8/42 or market-rate experience, and Yardi familiarity. Some evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years property management experience preferred.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals.
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel.
• Establish positive relationships within the community.
• Be on-call as scheduled by management.
