At Tarragon Property Services, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join us as a full-time Assistant Maintenance Supervisor for Roving. If you are passionate about property management and providing excellent customer service, this position is ideal for you!

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Location:

Support residential properties in Olympia, Auburn, Kent, Seattle, Sammamish, Puyallup, Bremerton, and Enumclaw.

Responsibilities:

This role offers a competitive pay rate of $28.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience and skills. You will have opportunities for growth, additional responsibilities, and excellent benefits, including:

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in property maintenance or related trades (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Proficiency in English and basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
• Ability to use standard maintenance equipment

Key Duties:

Assist in overseeing maintenance staff, diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems, scheduling and performing preventative maintenance, inspecting properties, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring safety standards. Participate in training and respond to on-call duties as scheduled.
