ABOUT THE POSITION

McKenzie is a 450-unit, luxury high-rise community in Seattle's Denny Triangle, just blocks from the Space Needle. You will be part of a team focused on providing a 5-star living experience to residents.

This role involves technical and mechanical work to ensure the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for safety, cleanliness, appearance, and functionality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Complete resident service requests and repairs promptly, including appliance repairs.
  2. Prepare apartments for new residents through the “make-ready” process.
  3. Maintain exterior cleanliness and grounds.
  4. Assist with vendor management and other duties.
  5. Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
  • Experience with painting, basic carpentry, appliance repair, and plumbing.
  • Professional appearance and manner.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
