WE LOVE OUR WORK.
  • Supervise staff and management in the table games department, supporting operational goals and monitoring performance and profit objectives.
  • Coordinate scheduling with the manager, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in departmental budgeting by providing recommendations and supporting compliance with budget initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Assistant Shift Manager and/or Shift Manager to implement strategies for customer service, revenue growth, and expense management, suggesting improvements as needed.
  • Address team member feedback, suggestions, complaints, and grievances, sharing responsibility for overall engagement.
  • Ensure accountability for gaming equipment, including chips, cards, and dice.
  • Verify table inventories and manage table limits effectively.
  • Maintain all paperwork, logs, schedules, and communication related to the department.
  • Inspect cards and dice regularly to ensure security.
  • Support the integrity of daily operations.
  • Promote and demonstrate superior customer service standards, addressing issues promptly.
  • Monitor chips and cash transactions, ensuring proper payouts according to procedures.
  • Manage chips on assigned games, including fills and credits.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and report potential issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

  • Associate’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience in Table Games.
  • Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Table Games systems.
  • Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from managers, clients, and customers.
  • Knowledge of all Table Games and operations.
  • Basic math skills for calculations, rate, ratio, and graph interpretation.
  • Ability to interact diplomatically and resolve conflicts with guests and staff.
  • Ability to obtain a Gaming Permit and complete ServSafe Alcohol training.
