Job summary

ASICS America Corporation in Byhalia, MS seeks a DC Planner, Routing to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders, manage expedites, re-routes, returns, and track and trace. You will interact with Account Managers, Finance, and customers to coordinate transportation, brokerage, and logistics services.

The role requires a BA/BS in Logistics or Transportation planning and 1–2 years of logistics experience, with 2–3 years in client account management preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Transportation planning or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of logistics experience required.
• 2–3 years of client account management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily transportation planning of shipments.
• Interface with DC Operations to schedule outbound shipments and provide shipping execution support.
• Provide customer service support to account teams, other internal departments, and customers.
• Monitor routing for orders shipping outside the continental US and revise deliveries to avoid chargebacks.
• Assist customers in tracking, tracing, and obtaining delivery receipts; troubleshoot delivery issues.
• Support receiving, vendors, and carriers with communication and shipment processes.
• Ensure manual billing is completed by end of each day.
