Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or transportation planning or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of logistics experience required.
• 2–3 years of client account management preferred.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, SAP.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily transportation planning of shipments.
• Interface with DC Operations to schedule and plan activities for outbound shipments; assist shipping execution and import/export clerks as needed.
• Provide customer service support to account teams and other departments with service requests, freight rate quotes, and inquiries.
• Monitor routes and update routing guides to avoid chargebacks and ensure compliance with customer instructions.
