Job summary

ASICS America Corporation is seeking a DC Shipping Clerk to ensure accurate shipping and receiving documentation, and to communicate with customers, carriers, and drivers to resolve issues. You will support routing planners and the logistics team while following SOPs and company policies.

In this role, you will verify orders against picking documents, update shipment information in the WMS, and assist with data records for shipping activities.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years experience in an office environment preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs and handle shipping/documents accurately.
• Strong communication with customers, carriers, and drivers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of all shipping documents by adhering to SOPs and delivering proper documentation to drivers.
• Verify orders and shipping quantities match picking documents and labels.
• Maintain security and movement of goods out of the DC.
• Answer and route customer calls professionally and timely.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pick up of shipments.
• Enter data into warehouse management system for all shipping activities.
• Support routing planners and senior specialists as required.
