Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Dispatch/Planning & Scheduling Specialist to optimize daily and weekly routes for our branch locations. You will analyze plans, check resource availability, maintain geographic codes, and report metrics to the Service Planning Supervisor and branch leadership.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in routing software and MS Office, and the ability to communicate clearly with field personnel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in dispatching or routing planning preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create route plans using routing analysis tools for assigned branches.
• Communicate routes to service personnel within territory.
• Generate daily reports and summarize plans for supervisors and managers.
• Assist with data maintenance of addresses, codes, and customer records.
