Job summary

Rentokil Terminix is seeking a Dispatch/Planning role to optimize daily and weekly route plans using route analysis software. You will analyze plans, resources, and territory data, maintain geographic codes and customer info, and report metrics to supervisors and branch managers.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Routing and Scheduling software systems.
• Strong understanding of branch service department resources and territory planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; public speaking as needed.
• Analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to read and interpret business documents and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create route plans using work order data and route analysis software.
• Communicate routes within the territory to service personnel.
• Summarize and review plans daily with the Service Planning Supervisor.
• Create daily summary reports for the supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
