Job summary

Miller Zell Inc. in Bentonville, AR, seeks a Routing Operations Coordinator to plan and coordinate with POD Production Supervisor and Senior Production Coordinator for routing, POD print-on-demand processes, and backup duties for press operations at the Bentonville Production Facility.

You will supervise daily duties, ensure production schedules are followed, train on press operations when needed, and support POD orders while seeking cost reductions without compromising quality.

Qualifications

• 3 or 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Existing experience related to printing and managing print preferred, but not necessary.
• Must understand print specs along with the related artwork and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations on routing tables (Daily production duties, Maintenance, Cleaning).
• Coordinate with Senior Production Coordinator to confirm production schedule and daily duties.
• Work with Senior Production Coordinator for training on press operations to ensure press support.
• Coordinate with POD Production Supervisor to support daily POD operations and general production fulfillment.
• Coordinate activities with project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule.
• Perform all printing and finishing requirements for POD orders when necessary.
• Actively pursue practices that lead to project cost reductions to positively affect margins and profit.
• Punctuality and regular attendance are required on the job.
