Qualifications

• 3–5 years in purchasing, negotiating, and estimating in print.

• Smartsheet experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and obtain quotes from vendors; prepare cost estimates.
• Issue purchase orders and manage bills of materials.
• Coordinate print substrate selection with designers and vendors.
• Monitor costs to reduce expenses and improve margins.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Coordinate logistics, packaging, and shipping with vendors and warehouses.
• Attend press checks when needed.
• Develop vendor relationships and qualify new suppliers.
