Job summary

Miller Zell Inc. in Bentonville, AR is seeking a POD Coordinator to support the Print On Demand process at the production facility.

You will assist with order coordination, catalog maintenance, production tracking, quality checks, and shipping activities to ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule. Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in print production or related ops, a high school diploma, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of related experience in print production, fulfillment, shipping, inventory, order processing, logistics, customer service, or a related operations environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; willingness to learn POD systems and shipping procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining and updating the POD catalog process.
• Assist with all Print On Demand orders & restock fulfillment.
• Review POD orders to determine timeframe, process, shipments, and billing.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate order-related information in applicable systems.
• Track order status and communicate updates to management and project personnel.
• Perform quality-control checks on POD orders, materials, and shipping documentation.
• Assist with inventory tracking, packaging, fulfillment, and project shipments.
• Maintain organized POD order files, production records, and shipping documentation.
• Support efforts to reduce costs and improve margins; maintain a clean workspace.
