RJW Logistics Group in Perris, CA is hiring an Expedited Solutions Coordinator to serve as the main contact for rush orders, coordinate with internal teams, and evaluate expedited requests to determine the best fulfillment path. The role emphasizes customer-facing communication, data analysis, and timely problem solving.

The position requires strong written and verbal communication, comfort with logistics software, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional heavy workloads.

Qualifications

• 1 year related experience.
• High School education required.
• College or some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process rush & expedited order requests in a timely manner.
• Manage client facing communication along with coordinating with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
• Utilize defined warehouse management and transportation management system processes & procedures.
• Act as an internal SME for the client facing Customer Account Management team to drive effective and timely resolutions for customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Order Processing, Retail Consolidation, and Warehouse teams to execute time sensitive requests.
• Perform other reporting duties and procedural tasks assigned by the Manager of Expedited Logistics.
• Serve as a company resource on critical rush & time sensitive shipments with a strong focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
