AmeriGas is seeking a Routing and Dispatch Coordinator in Orlando to manage daily scheduling, routing, and dispatch of delivery drivers and service technicians. You will use route optimization software and collaborate with District Operations and Customer Experience teams to optimize routes and service delivery.

Requirements include 3–5 years in operations analysis or dispatch, a High School diploma (Associate degree preferred), strong analytical and customer service skills, and knowledge of

• High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations analysis, routing, logistics, technician scheduling, and/or dispatch.
• Prior experience with driver routing and/or technician dispatching is required.

Responsabilidades

• Daily scheduling, routing, and dispatch of delivery drivers and service technicians.
• Collaborate with District Operations, Customer Experience teams, and regional leadership to create efficient routes and schedules.
• Use route optimization software to improve operational metrics and customer service.
• Act as subject matter expert for routing infrastructure and scheduling tools.
• Maintain accuracy and identify downstream impacts of scheduling decisions.
