Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in routing software and mapping tools, with strong geographical knowledge of the local area.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in logistics, dispatch, or route planning is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate documentation and routing.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and proactively solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers and technicians to designated locations.
• Open driving routes daily and ensure efficient planning.
• Monitor driver progress and delivery timings.
• Use routing software to optimize daily routes, saving time and fuel.
• Schedule and confirm delivery teams daily for deployment.
• Communicate professionally with internal staff, customers and vendors.
• Prepare paperwork for daily routes and next-day deliveries.
• Read route sheets and plan trips to maximize efficiency.
• Communicate with drivers to assess route schedules and issues.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch and customers as needed.
• Submit daily paperwork and route adjustments to management.
• Monitor and review delivery processes to identify improvements.
