Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in routing software and mapping tools with strong local knowledge.
• Excellent customer service with professional demeanor.
• Strong verbal and written communication for liaising with drivers and customers.
• Self-motivated with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in logistics, dispatch, or route planning preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers and technicians to locations based on schedules and needs.
• Open daily routes and ensure efficient planning.
• Monitor driver progress and delivery timings throughout the day.
• Use routing software to optimize routes and save time and fuel.
• Communicate with internal staff, customers, and vendors as needed.
• Prepare daily route paperwork and next-day deliveries.
• Review routes to improve efficiency and adherence to standards.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and customers to address inquiries.
• Submit daily delivery reports and route adjustments to management.
